Bombs Away!

This is a great aircraft to see display. We were lucky enough for one to come to the UK last year for the airshow at Little Gransden. It was a real coup for the show considering it really is a tiny airshow on a very small all grass airfield. The crowd numbers are litterally only a couple of thousand people which gives you an idea of how small the show is. They came because it is nearby to an old RAF base called RAF Gransden Lodge, which were home to a Canadian Lancaster Squadron. The squadron now fly the CP-140 Aurora which is why they came over. It had to fly from Cambridge Airport as it couldn't take off from Little Gransden clearly but it was great to see. namelessfaithlessgod.deviantar…
